As of 1 p.m. on Friday, about 345 customers in Brecksville were still waiting for their power to come back on, but most of the city was up and running again. According to FirstEnergy, all of the outages in Brecksville should be fixed by Sunday night.

Since I'm apparently one of an isolated group of homes still without power, though there is no evidence of downed lines or trees, & it has been nearly five days with the interior of my home now down to 46 degrees, I wonder if the city of Brecksville would grant me a variance to convert my home to a cryogenics facility, meat locker or frozen novelty shop?
