Stevie has a “terrific disposition,” Barb Wible of Canine Lifeline writes.

Barb Wible writes: “Stevie is one fabulous dog! He came to us with his brother Stewart from an urban shelter that handles over 14,000 animals per year. The shelter called him a Catahoula/Lab mix but when you look at him, you can see a little Great Dane in his head although he’s only about 50 pounds. In addition to being very handsome with his speckled coat and one blue eye, Stevie has a terrific disposition. He gets along with everyone he meets–other dogs and people included. He has a very soft mouth and takes treats very gently. He walks quite well on a leash too for probably having had little experience with it to date. Stevie’s going to make a terrific companion for one very lucky family! He weighs about 50 pounds and his adoption fee is $150. Stevie’s neutered, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up-to-date on vaccinations, wormed, and on flea and tick preventative. All Canine Lifeline adoptions come with a two-week trial period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email info@caninelifeline.org if you’re interested in Stevie.” Barb Wible

Canine Lifeline, an all-volunteer organization, helps find homes for dogs in need. And Brecksville Patch wants to help them get the job done!

Barb Wible, who fosters many of the dogs for Canine Lifeline, has been providing Brecksville Patch with photos and information about some of these dogs.

Canine Lifeline takes part in adoption events on the weekends. Find the full list of upcoming events on its website.
