In a nutshell: Whether you’re someone who knows the difference between Rainbow Trout and Mahi Mahi or are someone who simply likes fish but doesn’t eat it very often, you would do well to pay Bonefish Grill a visit.
Wood-grilled seafood is their specialty, and it’s something they do well. For the casual seafood fan, Bonefish’s menu is limited to about 10 different fish entrées, which can be less confusing. But the limited selection is in no way indicative of less-than-quality food. The tilapia that is part of the Imperial Longfish entree, for example, is tender, fresh, flaky and, most importantly, filling, something that can’t often be said about seafood.
For those who aren’t into seafood and simply along for the ride, Bonefish also offers several chicken, pork and beef dishes.
A word of advice: if you are planning a weekend visit, either arrive early or make a reservation to avoid a potentially long wait.
