Brecksville Burntwood Tavern Open: Did You Stop By?
Brecksville’s newest restaurant opened up on Monday. If you stopped by for lunch or dinner, let us know what you thought in the comments.
The Burntwood Tavern officially opened the doors to its new Brecksville location on Monday, and the response has been great so far, said general manager Scott Fisher.
The staff put in a lot of work to update the old Spanish Tavern building the past two and a half months, adding new touches like a deck while refurbishing much of the original wood inside.
“We worked long and hard,” Fisher said.
The restaurant includes a formal seating area, an upstairs for parties and events and a separate bar. The bar also includes a cozy set-up of a couch and soft chairs where guests can enjoy a full dinner near a fire.

My wife and I visited during the soft opening on Friday, Dec 30, for dinner. Good food and great service. The interior is very welcoming, maintaining what was good about the original building. We'll be back.
