The Brecksville and Broadview real estate market has moved more towards a balanced real estate market over the past year. Comparing this past December-February to the same time the year before, we've seen a 37% decrease in homes for sale, nearly 9% more pending sales and a 50% increase in completed transactions! Homes have been selling nearly 40% quicker (134 days vs 222 days) for 2.8% higher sales prices. That means there is high buyer demand and less homes available to meet that demand, pushing up prices and reducing time on the market. That makes it an excellent time to consider making a move, especially if a selling a home is part of the equation.
