Ohio Treasurer Josh Mandel is campaigning in Northeast Ohio for the second day in a row. Mandel, a Republican, is running for a U.S. Senate seat.

The parking lot at the Hilton Garden Inn in Mayfield Village was full Monday night, where New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie was appearing at a fundraiser for Mandel. Brecksville Mayor Jerry N. Hruby was also speaking at the event.

According to an invitation, tickets for the dinner were $100 per person or $850 for a 10-person table. The event was closed to the media, and campaign representatives would not share any information.

Mandel appeared at a Tea Party rally in Cuyahoga Falls on Sunday.
