- Voting by mail started on Tuesday for the Aug. 7 election. The Brecksville-Broadview Heights School District has a renewal levy on the ballot.
- City Council met on Tuesday. They honored three recently retired Service Department employees and approved the rezoning of some land on Brecksville Road. The land is the city’s proposed location for a new police station, and the rezoning will now go to voters.
