A line of voters file through Brecksville City Hall to cast their ballots on various candidates and issues. Polling location coordinator Bill Kovacs said the higher traffic can be attributed to Issue 2, the increased difficulty of obtaining absentee ballots this year and the fact that a higher volume of voters participate in general elections.
