Planning Commission Addresses Many Building Issues

Check Brecksville Patch on Friday for more Planning Commission news.

Thursday's Planning Commission meeting began with a public hearing and included a full work session.

The public hearing concentrated on a proposed deck for a house on Hillbrook Oval, which is in a development that doesn't current allow decks. It was not approved because it needs to be discussed with the Homeowners Association first.

The work session included a rejected lot split and an expansion at Rambus on Snowville Road presented by Mike Merle of Ray Fogg Building Methods, Inc. Also in the session were Blossom Hill development, a Curtiss-Wright parking lot and an outdoor restroom at St. Joseph’s Church.
