The Brecksville-Broadview Heights’ Education Center will be closed Thursday evening and Friday for asbestos abatement.
Cathy Harbinak, community relations coordinator for the district, said the district is getting a new roof on the building, and the old one has some asbestos. To be cautious, Harbinak said, the district will close the building.
According to the district’s website, the building will close at 4 p.m. on Thursday and remain closed until Monday, Aug. 13, 2012.
