This week? It’s all about the local fish fries.
Where is your favorite place to get a fish dinner during Lent?
There are a few ways to cast your vote. You can choose your favorite in the poll below, write a review on the business’ Patch Places page or leave your reasoning in the comments.
I’ll take them all into consideration when I pick a winner. All forms of voting close at 9 a.m. on Friday. I’ll post the winner by noon that day.

The Brecksville American Legion has a GREAT fish fry based on quality and cost and its open to the public. Two pieces of LAKE Perch, fries and slaw for $5.00 or add two pierogies for $2.00 more. This event has sold out EVERY weekend. Stop in and check out the American Legion!

American Legion Post 196 in Brecksville has an excellent fish fry at a great price! Lake perch, fries, and coleslaw for $5; lake perch, pierogies, and coleslaw for $7. Everything is fresh, hot, and delicious. The portions are generous and the service is excellent. Dannie McGurk

Above and beyond all others, Peppermill Pub & Grill has the BEST Fish Fry in town.
While some places give you ONLY 2 pieces of Lake Perch, they give you 3, and more fries than you'll ever eat along with the creamiest slaw anywhere. You owe to yorself to try this one.
