Winter in Cleveland used to be the one time of year I'd hole up indoors - escaping the endless snow, frigid temps and overcast skies.

However, the Brite Winter Festival has made me a fan of the season - demonstrating with their annual festivities that summer's not the only time of year to play outside in Cleveland.

Now in its fourth year, Brite Winter returns to Ohio City this Saturday, February 16 bringing 48 music acts, 15+ art installations and a variety of outdoor games with it.

The only thing better about Brite Winter than their Giant Skeeball ramp is that it's all free.
