Tri-C Dental Hygiene Clinic Offers Free Dental Care for Local Children
College dental hygiene and dental assisting students, staff and dental volunteers of the Tri-C Dental Hygiene Clinic will give free dental screenings to children up to 17 years old as part of the clinic's Give Kids a Smile Day. The screening will include an examination, one-on-one hygiene instruction and X-rays and sealants if needed. Parents and guardians must be present at the appointment. Patients will also receive a new toothbrush and goodie bag.
This year’s event, which is free and open to the public, will be at the Metropolitan Campus Dental Hygiene Clinic, located in the Health Careers and Sciences Building. Registration is required.
