While spring in Ohio can be unpredictable in terms of weather, residents can breathe at least a small sigh of relief – today rings in the first official day of spring.
According to Answers.USA.gov, day and night are approximately the same length on the day of the spring equinox, and the sun is directly over the equator today.
On Thursday and Friday, it was technically still winter in Brecksville, but the birds were chirping, the breeze was warm and there were plenty of signs that spring was just around the corner.
