Cuyahoga County Public Library Opens Kindle Library

E-books for Kindle now available online.

The just opened its Kindle library, allowing users to check out electronic books to read on the e-reader.

Previously, the library could not offer books for the Kindle in , which includes electronic versions of books that users can read on Nooks, iPhones, iPad, laptops and several other devices.

E-books can be checked out any time of day and they never incur fees, according to a press release from the library. When an e-book is due, it simply disappears from the user’s device. And to check out digital materials, customers just need to use their library card or their user ID.
