Roszak said she began teaching in Brecksville about three years ago. She said the most important part of the classes is for the artists to get the chance to interact with one another.

On Monday afternoon, some of the students were checking out the artwork at the "Art For All Seasons" exhibit. Rose and Frances Holecek of Newburgh Heights are students at the Human Services Center. The sisters said they enjoy the classes, and Rose noted that she likes that Roszak gives students one-on-one attention.

Brecksville offers six classes for a set price—$30 for residents and $40 for non-residents—but students don’t have to take six classes in a row, Rose said. She likes that she can miss a class if she needs to and just pick it up at a later date. The classes take place on Mondays.

According to the program for the exhibit, the show is open from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Tuesday and from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday.
