Last Chance: Check Out “The Producers” at Brecksville Theater on the Square

The show is running for two more weekends.

premiered “The Producers” this past weekend, and theater fans have just two more weeks to check it out.

According to a press release from the theater, the show follows a Broadway producer and an accountant trying to create a failure of a play to make some quick money—comedy, of course, ensues.

Director Patrick Ciamacco said the usually large show is scaled down a bit for the Brecksville location, but that it still has a "giant, Broadway feel." He's been working with a very talented cast, he added.

The next performances will be held on May 4, 5 and 6 and again on May 11, 12 and 13. Friday and Saturday performances begin at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday performances begin at 2 p.m.

Tickets are $14 for adults and $12 for senior citizens, children and students. Tickets can be purchased online or in person at the theater or the box office.
