The Brecksville-Broadview Heights Board of Education stooped to a new low today when they turned to strong-armed, bully tactics by sending out letters to our members demanding that they stop talking to the public.
The administration has no legal authority to direct employees from expressing their opinions during a labor dispute. Ironically, the Board began negotiations under the guise of transparency, but it is apparent that this was just another smoke and mirrors position.
It's smoke and mirrors when the Board parade's the teacher's contract through the streats of our community, but tries to muzzle their employees from discussing these issues with the public. Our voices will not be silenced.
