Breakfast in Brecksville

From homemade cinnamon french toast to fast food, Brecksville has some great options to get out for breakfast or brunch. These might not be special, limited-time deals, but they're reasonably priced, and they're all kid-friendly.

1.

Deal: Creekside is a popular spot on Sunday mornings for their full breakfast menu. The cinnamon french toast is $5.95 and is made with their delicious, fresh-baked cinnamon bread. Loaves of cinnamon bread are also available for takeout for $3.95.

Good until: The menu is offered from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Sundays.

Deal: A fabulous brunch buffet, including omelets made to order, eggs Benedict, chicken marsala, carved pork or beef, bacon, eggs, fruit and more is all $11.99. But seniors and kids ages 7 to 12 only pay $8.99, and kids ages 6 and under get to eat for free. Call 440-838-6455 for reservations.

Good until: The buffet is offered from 10:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Sundays.

Deal: Simon's has a full breakfast menu all week long, including pancakes and french toast. Breakfasts are $3.95 to $6.95.

Good until: The full menu is offered from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday, but eggs and omelets are served all day. It's closed on Sunday.

Deal: Panera has seven different fantastic breakfast sandwiches, each under $4. They also have a granola and fruit parfait with organic yogurt for $3.89. Make sure to sign up for the 'My Panera' card. It's free to sign up, and you get discounts and freebies. I got a free mango smoothie on my recent visit -- a $3.89 value. 

Good until: Breakfast sandwiches are served daily from 6:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. The 'My Panera' cards are available at the store. Discounts and free items offered randomly and are based on your purchases.

Deal: Starbucks is open early and has some healthy options for a fast breakfast. They have several breakfast sandwiches, such as the "Bacon Gouda" for $3.25, and their "Perfect Oatmeal" is $2.45. You can see the breakfast menu and nutrition information on their website.

Good Until: Breakfast sandwiches and oatmeal are served all day until an hour before store closing. Store hours are  from 5:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and from 5:30 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
