Brecksville Bike Shop Extending Black Friday Sales

With most shoppers clamoring around big box stores today, Brecksville Velo Sport has decided to push its storewide discounts into tomorrow to attract more customers.

To vie for a share of Black Friday profits, owner Randall Ward featured a 20 percent off storewide sale, marked 30 percent off short sleeve bicycling jerseys and set up a half off clearance table.

Unfortunately, the price cuts just weren't enough to distract customers from the slew of mega-deals that had been advertised by nearby malls and big box stores.

But instead of throwing in the towel, Ward has decided to extend his sale through tomorrow to attract regular and new customers who were swept up in today's holiday bonanza.

"Look out the window," said Ward, "the season's not over. Come down and enjoy the storewide sale and keep riding."

Brecksville Velo Sport will be open until 6 p.m. tonight, and its hours will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. tomorrow.
