Deals For Spring Cleaning

Spring is time to clean out your closets and cupboards and wash away the winter grime. Here are some deals around Brecksville to help you get the job done.

1. EverGreen Dry Cleaning (440-838-5555)

Deal: Try out Brecksville's new green dry cleaning service. Lindsey St. Cyr, an employee at EverGreen, said that they have a couple of specials going on right now. Anyone who brings in five or more pieces of clothing for dry cleaning can get 20 percent off their entire order. If someone brings in men's shirts for laundering with one dry cleaning item, they can get 20 percent off the men's shirts. And you can get your comforter cleaned for $20. 

Good Until: The offers for the five items and the men's shirts are ongoing. The comforter cleaning sale is only good through the end of March.

Deal: Check out the CVS website for a printable $1 off coupon good on any two Scrubbing Bubbles bathroom cleaners. They also have Formula 409 all-purpose cleaner and Clorox bathroom cleaner, both in the 32-ounce size, on sale two for $5.

Deal: Heinen's has a great selection of green cleaning products. On sale this week in that category is Planet Ultra Liquid Laundry Detergent. The 100-oz bottle is $6.99; that's $3 off the regular price.

Deal: They have lots of cleaning supplies, including Roughneck 15-quart heavy duty buckets for $4.99, a variety of scrub brushes for $0.99 and 100-ounce containers of Lysol 4-in-1 liquid cleaner for $4.99.

Deal: The Walgreens website has printable Instant Value coupons available. This week, the store has a coupon for Comet Cleanser in the 14-ounce container and single pairs of HomeCenter latex gloves on sale, two for $1. They also have 10-ounce bottles of Palmolive dish liquid on sale, five for $5.
