Fish Fries Around Town

There are some amazing and delicious deals around Brecksville.

This week's Frugal Family is a bit later than normal, but with good reason!

Many local churches and restaurants have fish fries on Fridays during Lent, the period of fasting for many Christian congregations before Easter. For some, this fasting includes abstaining from meat, but not fish. For many, Lent began on March 9 this year, and Easter is on April 24.

That means that if you want to take part in the inexpensive and tasty--if unofficial--tradition of springtime fish fries, you may want to act fast.
