New Music Studio Opening in Brecksville

When’s the music’s over, it really might not be.

Just after we shared the news that Brecksville School of Music closed its doors, a new music shop — Brecksville Music Studio — is expected to open soon.

The new business owner Chris Matyus shared the news on Brecksville Patch.

“We are a brand new music instruction studio offering private and group music lessons for all ages and levels,” Matyus said. “We teach guitar, piano, drums, voice, strings, woodwinds and brass.”

The new studio is located at 8865 Brecksville Rd — in the building just north of Starbucks — as soon as this month. 

Along with private lessons, Brecksville Music Studio will also start group ensemble lessons and plans are in the works for recitals and local performances for the students.

“We are very excited to be in Brecksville and look forward to being part of the community for many years to come,” said Matyus.
