Will continue to shop at the new and vastly improved GE and at Heinen's as in the past.

Ray, it looks like most readers are with you, and are planning to head to Broadview Heights when the new store opens.

Lame isn't the word for it. More like slaughter. Marc's does what any business does, tries to stay ahead of the competition. For Brecksville that would me, CVS will see a gross decrease in patronage because Marc's has lower pharmacy costs as well as beauty products. This will also effect Walgreens. Marc's sells produce and grocery at lower costs than other grocery stores. This will effect Heinen's. So, for one store to come in like Marc's, 3 others may see gross sales rapidly decline. I'd say that's a wonderful recipe for disaster.

I'll support our 'local' business' even if I have to pay a premium. GE is headquartered in PA, yet they still employ local folks so I'll probably shop both.
