Celebrating Halloween Around Brecksville

Halloween is almost here, and there are plenty of activities around town to help you celebrate. Here are a few suggestions:
- The city’s Boo-ville Halloween party starts at 1 p.m. on Sunday. Check out these photos of last year’s festivities from the Sun Star-Courier.
- Get some tips on how to carve the perfect pumpkin on Oct. 30 at the Brecksville Nature Center in the . Registration is filling up quickly though, so call soon. And once you get your decorations all set up, send us your photos! I’ll be taking pictures around town all week and posting them to the site.
- And trick-or-treat is from 6 to 8 p.m. on Oct. 31, according to the city’s bulletin. If you or your child need some costume inspiration, check out at the library last week.
