Cuyahoga County Under a Severe Thunderstorm Watch
Let Brecksville Patch know if you see any power outages or signs that a storm is on the way.
Updated as of 5:26 p.m.:
The severe thunderstorm warning has passed, but Cuyahoga County is still under a severe thunderstorm watch until 10 p.m. on Monday, according to the National Weather Service.
The watch covers more than 30 counties in the state. There is a 50 percent chance of thunderstorms predicted for tonight, according to the service.

According to the FirstEnergy website, there is a power outage impacting 500 or fewer Brecksville residents.
Update: As of 4:56 p.m., all but two residents in Brecksville have had their power restored, FirstEnergy told Beachwood Patch. Check for more updates on the outages.
