ODOT Reminds Drivers to Stay Safe This Winter
Snow is expected for the Brecksville area Tuesday night and Wednesday.
Today’s rain is expected to turn to snow this evening as temperatures drop.
The National Weather Service still has a flood watch in effect for Cuyahoga County until late Tuesday, but a rain/snow mix is expected to arrive Tuesday evening and last throughout Wednesday. Temperatures are expected to stay in the low 30s and 40s.
The Ohio Department of Transportation District 12 will have snowplows and salt out in Cuyahoga County if necessary, according to a press release.
And the department reminds drivers to slow down and leave plenty of space between vehicles when the roads are slippery. More winter driving tips are available on the department’s website.
