Road Closures in Brecksville Wednesday, Thursday

The portion of Snowville Road that runs over Interstate 77 is scheduled to be closed for repairs tonight.  

According to information from the Ohio Department of Transportation, the road will be closed from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m. today. Crews will be working on the wall. 

And on Thursday morning, the portion of Highland Drive that runs over Interstate 77 is scheduled to be closed starting at 5 a.m. According to a public notice of work from the Perk Company Inc., the company in charge of the construction, they will be working on the concrete deck and the repair will take about 8 hours.

Both projects are subject to change, if the weather does not cooperate. And detours will be in place for drivers. 

Information from the Ohio Department of Transportation also notes that there will be two lanes closed tonight and tomorrow on Interstate 77 northbound from Miller Road to Pleasant Valley Road. The closures are scheduled to start at 7 p.m. and last until 6 a.m. The speed limit will be reduced to 50 miles per hour in the work zone.
