Signs of Brecksville’s Bicentennial Celebration

The city's Home Days celebration is less than two weeks away.

Signs of are everywhere lately, from special city flags waving along the main streets to signs reminding residents of the upcoming Home Days celebration and bicentennial parade.

On June 10, the city announced in a press release that astronaut—and Brecksville-Broadview Heights graduate—Michael T. Good would be the grand marshal of the bicentennial parade on June 25. According to the press release, NASA will have a float in the parade, as well as a display during Home Days. 

The press release notes that another highlight of the parade will be the Budweiser Clydesdale horses.
