Quilting From The Heart Quilt Show

The Western Reserve Quilters' Anonymous quilt guild, whose members made the bicentennial quilt for the city of Brecksville, will be displaying quilts and quilted items made by guild members at a show on Friday and Saturday, September 20 and 21, 2013 from 10 am to 4 pm each day.  The display will include quilts made for donation to the Quilts of Valor Foundation.  In addition to the quilt display, visitors to the show can vote for their favorite item in the show, purchase a chance to win the guild's stunning raffle quilt, see demonstrations of some quilting techniques, and purchase small items made by guild members.  There will also be vendors from area quilt shops , and light refreshments available for purchase.  The show is in the fellowship hall of Brecksville United Church of Christ, 23 Public Square in Brecksville.  (Parking is best accessed from Arlington Street off of Brecksville Road/Rt. 21).  Admission is $3 for ages 12 and up.  Proceeds help support the guild's charitable activities.
