Four foreclosed Brecksville homes are scheduled to go to the sheriff’s sale this month, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s website.

Just one Brecksville property was sold in August, according to the site.

The minimum bids on the homes in the September sales range from $80,000 to $250,000. Here’s a look at the homes up for bid as of Sept. 5. All the below information can be found on the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s website.

Sept. 10

  • 9263 Province Lane: This house is described as a single brick and frame dwelling with a three-car garage. The appraised value is $375,000, and the minimum bid is $250,000.
  • 7773 Grenadier Lane: This house is a single-frame dwelling with an attached two-car garage. The appraised value is $120,000, and the minimum bid is $80,000.

Sept. 17

  • 3831 Sweetwater Drive: This home is described as a single-frame dwelling with an attached three-car garage. The appraised value is $245,000, and the minimum bid is $163,334.
