Is it all glitz and glamor and all tinsel and toys? Each year we face the same challenge, "How do we get back to the heart of Christmas?"
Beyond the rush and beyond the madness there is a child - the Christ child born in a manager to bring joy to the world.
This year the community is coming together to celebrate Christmas without the hustle and bustle. The community is celebrating Christmas In The Valley, Simply Christmas and you are invited!
The event is free. Canned donations will be accepted.
Attendees will enjoy family events including:
- Christmas caroling
- the reading of the Christmas story
- sounds from the NBC adult and children Christmas chorales
- live nativity series
- children activities
- light refreshments
The evening will be highlighted by a candlelit Christmas tree lighting ceremony.
