Business Owners Matter

The first in a series of posts that will explore trending topics of perspective, language, leaders, connection to other people, and challenges in the workplace and for business owners.

Over the next few weeks, my colleagues and I at Inner Circle Cleveland will launch what we have designed as a regular series of blogs to help local business owners grow and sustain their businesses.

We all have a lot to say, but one common theme that will permeate all of our posts will be positive ideas and insights from our many years of experience working to help business owners be great business owners!

Our first series of posts by Jennifer Margolis will explore trending topics of perspective, language, leaders, connection to other people, and challenges in the workplace and for business owners.

For the time being think about "Is your work meaningful?" And, does it even matter?

A number of studies and books have been written over the past few years about a fundamental shift occurring in the workplace; an unprecedented desire to connect our work to something meaningful. These studies have shown that when we feel we are doing something meaningful with our time at work, levels of productivity dramatically increase as does motivation, morale, customer satisfaction … you get the idea.

Is the series of posts going to be here on Solon Patch or another blog? I'd be interested in following them. Thank you!
