What is your rationale for calling Occupy members "losers"? Sounds like you are generalizing because you do not support their ideas???
Michael Rice May 03, 2012 at 12:52 AM
Tom, just as you hide behind you Name, Tom M with no picture. It seems you have more in common with the Occupy Cleveland group than most posting here. A city of 400,000 that used to be a million, but you're more interested in knocking people down on the internet than doing something to help this city. The more you talk, the more I see through you and your non-sense.
Michael Rice May 03, 2012 at 12:54 AM
Right on Steve. Many of these posters have blinders on and only see and hear what they want to and then blame an entire organization for a few rejects.

hey brian here is yet another peaceful protest..... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kfiVxm5g7eE (occupy seattle with anarchists mixed in ) sounds like here

Steve, read the PD this morning. CITY WORKERS are pictured dismantling the occupy tent as the occupy heroes sit on the sidewalk and watch. Proves my point. Tax payers shoulder the cost of these pathetic displays. Havent read a single story of the protesters cleaning up a park or beautifying a public space after a protest. How progressive!
Michael Rice May 03, 2012 at 12:26 PM
Of course, Adam, is a representative for the Tea Party. No wonder he makes up things. Part of the Tea Parties goals to bash anything that isn't there's. Good work, Brother.
tom m May 03, 2012 at 02:42 PM
Brian talk about hiding behind your name you claim to Be Brian Nicholas who is a Middle School Football Coach yet public records show no educators in the entire state of ohio with that name also a check of public utilities records show no utilities in the name of Brian Nicholas in the city of lakewood or Cleveland but there is a Ben Nicholas in Lakewood on the Sex offenders Database
joe simonton May 03, 2012 at 03:44 PM
ummmmm Brian those 3 videos show more than a few rejects at those peaceful protests you are always defending
Adam C. Miller May 03, 2012 at 04:55 PM
No, just a Marine Combat Vet who was apparently fighting the wrong people in Al Anbar... looks like America's enemies are right here in NE Ohio!

thank you for your service
Evan Hammersmith May 03, 2012 at 06:02 PM
Thanks for your service Adam. When liberals run out of arguments, they resort to labeling opponents as Tea Party supporters. Which doesnt bother me. I'm also for smaller government and lower taxes. I take it as a compliment.
Ray Y May 03, 2012 at 06:11 PM
The connections to "occupy Cleveland" are much more tenuous than those of the TEA party to white supremacist groups.
Ray Y May 03, 2012 at 06:14 PM
I think this is an isolated group of lunatics. Like McVeigh or his co-conspirators, the gunman in Arizona (Weds. shooting). They exist. Some are anarchists, some are white-supremacists. Liberals don't want them to succeed anymore than you do.
Ray Y May 03, 2012 at 06:17 PM
Tom M apparently missed the one where occupy protesters got sprayed with tear gas for just sitting there (UCDavis). Of course, he probably gets his "news" from a 1-sided propaganda machine.
Evan Hammersmith May 03, 2012 at 06:24 PM
which white supremacist groups are linked with the Tea Party? This is news to me. If you're referring to the Obama hitler moustache signs, that was the Lyndon Larouche Democrats group. Not conservatives. That's according to the message on the bottom of the signs... Dont remember seeing skin heads or KKK groups at Tea Party rallies. Unless I missed something?

Let me see if I have this right. The liberal, Timothy McVeigh, is in jail for blowing up a fed building. And no conservative has ever been convicted of blowing up public structures.

Brian must have crawled back under his rock
Michael Rice May 04, 2012 at 12:38 AM
Evan, you see my reverse physcology works everytime. First you think I am a liberal and I am resorting to call you a Tea Party Supporter, when in fact you are doing the same when you say all Occupy Cleveland Members (which again, I am not) want and promote violence against big corps and government. What do you call it when you and your friends on here begin labeling people or groups because some aholes where a part of their group?
Michael Rice May 04, 2012 at 12:45 AM
Again, Tom you only read and interpret what you want to see. Read my whole profile and by the way, my records are very public. You're just not as smart as you think you are and don't know how to access them. My profile: Lakewood Resident, Business Analyst, Cleveland Sports Fan, Middle School Football Coach, and Traumatic Brain Injury Advocate. Where does it say I am an educator? You are proving my point about how you categorize people because you don't read thoroughly or simply don't understand. You see Tom, all I have to do is keep questioning you and your lack of knowledge and you show you really don't know too much. Peace out!
Troy McClure May 04, 2012 at 11:37 AM
Actually, Timothy McVeigh is dead.
Evan Hammersmith May 04, 2012 at 12:28 PM
Brian, you're not making any sense. There's NO evidence that the Tea Party is a racist group, or even has any racist signs displayed at rally's. To the obama supporter, any criticism of him is by default racist. That I take issue with. With regard to the occupy movement (Occupy Cleveland aside), there's a wealth of examples to show that the group is violent and unlawful to say the least. The two groups are not morally equivalent in any sense. The net affect of the occupy "movement" has been noise and destroyed property. The net affect of the tea party movement has been a landslide election of conservatives to the House of Representatives...
tom m May 04, 2012 at 12:58 PM
Evan Brian has never made any sense nor do I think he ever will ..there is a murphys law quote which fits brian to a tee .....Never argue with an idiot, they drag you down to their level and beat you with experience
