A 30-year-old Cleveland man was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a loud exhaust, unsafe vehicle, driving under suspension after police found a pipe used for smoking crack-cocaine under the seat of his car following a traffic stop on Route 21 at around 11:30 p.m. May 13.

A 25-year-old St. Clairsville man was taken into custody following a traffic stop on Interstate 77 at around 9 p.m. May 13, when officers learned he had a warrant out for his arrest from the Belmont County Sheriff’s Office for drunken driving.

A 19-year-old Cleveland man was taken into custody following a traffic stop on Interstate 77 at around 10 a.m. May 15, when officers learned he had a warrant out for his arrest from the Shaker Heights Police Department. His vehicle was towed and impounded.
