Candidate Statement:
I seek re-election with the same passion and dedication that I committed to and feel I have provided for the past two years as your Council Representative. The experience and knowledge gained from my first term and the previous nine years on Planning Commission has established the very ground work to succeed.

As the acting Utilities Committee Chairman, I believe a strong foundation has been established for working with the Administration and City Engineer to implement a strategy to continue to maintain and improve the city’s infrastructure. A clear understanding of the city's master zoning and development guidelines will be essential for the very best long-term solutions for our community. We must continue to review submitted concepts, listen to development requests, and remain clear on our understanding of the proper use and development of a given property.

Hard work, enthusiasm, and due diligence are a requirement to serve the community. Those core beliefs are not just required on the nights of council and committee meetings, but each and every day. I believe I have practiced those very beliefs.
