City Council to Discuss Road Program, Appoint New Police Dispatcher

Brecksville City Council will meet at 8 p.m. Tuesday in , and they have a lot of issues on the agenda.

Members will vote on whether to appoint a new dispatcher to the . They will also vote on whether to increase the amount of city income tax receipts that go into the road repaving program and whether to purchase new computer equipment for the police department and a new rubbish packer for the service department.

The council committees will meet immediately before the regular meeting, starting at 5:30 p.m. Council members will discuss a wide variety of issues, from the purchase of trees for fall planting to the to the possibility of extending the moratorium that prohibits internet cafes in the city.
