There are quite a few places that are closed before, on or after Thanksgiving this week—here are a few to keep in mind:
- I’m sure the kids didn’t let you forget this one: the Brecksville-Broadview Heights schools are off Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The same goes for South Suburban Montessori School and the Cuyahoga Valley Career Center.
- If you need to reach the city for anything, do it on Wednesday—or save it for Friday. City buildings, including , the and the , are all closed on Thursday, according to information from the city.
- On that note, if you normally have Thursday trash and recycling pick-up, you don’t have to take it out to the curb tonight. Pick-up will be Friday instead.
- The is closing early on Wednesday; the doors will shut at 5:30 p.m., according to its website. The library will also be closed on Thursday, but it will reopen for normal hours on Friday.
