Mitt Romney to Stop in Bedford Heights Wednesday

The campaign is calling the visit, which will feature "Dirty Jobs" host Mike Rowe, a "Micro-Manufacturing Victory Roundtable."

Republican Presidential candidate Mitt Romney will be making a stop in Northeast Ohio tomorrow, speaking at a manufacturing event at American Spring Wire in Bedford Heights.

Romney will be joined by the host of TV’s “Dirty Jobs,” Mike Rowe. The Plain Dealer reports that the Romney campaign announced the endorsement late Monday and that Rowe will introduce Romney.

Tickets are available online through the campaign’s website. Tickets are free, and guests are asked to bring as few personal items as possible. Items such as bags, umbrellas, sharp objects, liquids and signs will not be allowed inside, but guests can bring cameras.

Doors for the event will open at 10:15 a.m., and it will begin at 12:15 p.m.

Wednesday will be a big day politically for Northeast Ohio; President Barack Obama is scheduled to speak at Kent State University in the afternoon. The Plain Dealer has an overview of the Ohio stops, noting that manufacturing is expected to be one of the main topics for Romney this week.
