Woodlands of Snowville Proposal Back on the Table?
The city's planning commission is reviewing the proposal.
It looks as if the plans for the Woodlands of Snowville subdivision — that would include dozens of new homes — are back on the table.
The developers resubmitted the proposal to the Brecksville Planning Commission on Thursday, according to the Sun News.
According to the Sun News post, both the city council and the planning commission OK’d the plans for a new subdivision back in 2008, before withdrawing the plans in 2012.

Financing seemed to be an issue, and the plans were temporarily put on hold.
