Four Foreclosed Brecksville Properties Up for Bid in July

One of them already sold. Three additional sales set for this month.

There are four foreclosed properties in Brecksville headed to sheriff’s sale this month, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office website.

One of them has already been sold.

Last month, there was only one foreclosed property at sheriff’s sale (that one sold for $200,000).

  • July 8: 11908 Chippewa Road; Sold for $110,000.
  • July 15: 7271 Canyon Point Circle; appraised value is $625,000; minimum bid $416,667.
  • July 15: 6940 Carriage Hill Drive, No. 201; appraised value is $70,000, minimum bid $46,667.
  • July 22: 10905 Greenhaven Parkway; appraised value is $135,000, minimum bid $90,000.
