There’s just one foreclosed property in Brecksville going up for bid in December, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office website. Another property that was scheduled to go to bid has already been withdrawn. 

As of Nov. 29, this is the property up for bid in December. All of the following information can be found on the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office website.

  • 7011 Cranbrook Drive: This is described as a single-frame dwelling with an attached two-car garage. Its appraised value is $260,000, and the minimum bid is $173,334. 

Two foreclosed properties were sold in November. Both sold at below the listed appraised value. A Winding Way property sold for $140,000 and a Carriage Hill Drive property sold for $43,334. Learn more about those properties here. A third property had been withdrawn before going to bid.
