There were six foreclosed properties in Brecksville that headed to sheriff’s sales this month, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office website.
There were four listed in March.

April 15
- 8270 Brecksville Road. Appraised value: $150,000; Minimum bid: $100,000
- 8484 Brecksville Road. Appraised value: $165,000; Minimum bid: $110,000
- 9762 Forge Drive, sold for $215,000.
April 22
