Oct. 22

  • 7815 Chippewa Road: This property is described as six apartment units. The appraised value of the property is listed as $0, and the minimum bid is $69,811.72.

Oct. 29

  • 7025 Carriage Hill Drive, #202: This property is described as one unit in a brick condominium. There is a garage. The appraised value is $44,000, and the minimum bid is $29,334.
  • 9762 Forge Drive: This is described as a single-frame dwelling with a three-car garage. The appraised value is $235,000, and the minimum bid is $156,667.
