Two Foreclosed Brecksville Properties Up for Bid in February

There was one property sold in January.

There are just two foreclosed properties in Brecksville that are going to sheriff’s sale this month, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office website. A third property was withdrawn. 

There was one property sold in January—it was sold for the minimum bid of $106,667.

  • 8536 Timber Trail—Appraised value: $380,000; Minimum bid: $253,334

Feb. 19

  • 7773 Grenadier Lane—Appraised value: $120,000; Minimum bid: $80,000
