There are just two foreclosed properties in Brecksville that are going to sheriff’s sale this month, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office website. A third property was withdrawn.
There was one property sold in January—it was sold for the minimum bid of $106,667.

- 7773 Grenadier Lane—Appraised value: $120,000; Minimum bid: $80,000
