There are two foreclosed properties in Brecksville headed to sheriff’s sale this month, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office website.
Sept. 9: 7520 Hillbrook Oval: sold for $184,000.
Sept. 23: 7773 Grenadier Lane: Appraised value $120,000; Minimum bid: $80,000.
