Bees High School Band Among Finalists in High School Rock Off
Funky McMunky, made up of Brecksville-Broadview Heights students, is one of 18 acts to perform Saturday at the High School Rock Off at the House of Blues
It's already "Final Exam" time for a few students at area schools.
Funky McMunky, a group made up of four Brecksville-Broadview Heights High school students, is among those performing Saturday at the 2013 Tri-C High School Rock Off Final Exam. The 17th edition of the annual event begins at 4 p.m. downtown at the House of Blues.
The Rock Off schedule shows that Funky McMunky will perform at 5:40 p.m. The winners will be announced at 10:55 p.m. following all performances.

Funky McMunky is one of 18 bands to make the Final Exam competition. The Rock Off began about a month ago with 63 bands of various genres. The band consists of Donald Pelc, 18, guitar; Adam Hradisky, 17, drums; Dan Hyland, 16, bass; and Quinn Hyland, 17, vocals.
