WKYC-TV 3 has been running a series of stories on under-age sex offenders, finding that more than 100 live in Cuyahoga County.
A few of the recent stories have focused on a student attending Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School who has faced three rape charges, some of which have been dropped, Channel 3 reports.
