Brecksville High School Student Looks to Conduct Houston Symphony

Michael Bednarsky is looking for the public's support for the Houston Public Radio Classical 91.7 Air Conducting Contest.

A junior at Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School is participating in a contest to win $300 and an opportunity to conduct the Houston Symphony.

Michael Bednarsky, a dedicated music student planning to pursue his passion for music after high school, is looking for the public’s support for the Houston Public Radio Classical 91.7 Air Conducting Contest.

In a YouTube video, submitted for the contest, Bednarsky “conducts” Strauss’s "Also Sprach Zarathustra, op. 30.”
