Brecksville-Broadview Heights Schools to Receive Less State Money

The district will receive about $15,000 less in state aid, according to Cleveland.com.

The Brecksville-Broadview Heights City School District will about $15,000 less in state money compared to the previous year.

That’s according to a report on Cleveland.com, noting that the decrease amounts to about .3 percent.

According to the report, the state deducted $262,994 in aid to the district because of the number students in those cities attending charter schools. The amount deducted in 2011-12 was $249,774, according to the report.
